Welcome Guests - Greet guests as they arrive and guide them to their seats. Ceremony Music - Play your chosen music during the wedding ceremony. Group Photos Coordination - Assist the couple and photographer in coordinating group photo sessions. (If required) Day Coordination - Oversee the general flow of the day prior to breakfast to ensure everything runs smoothly. Breakfast Introduction - Introduce the couple into the breakfast reception with music, think of my as your personal hype man! Guest Interaction - Engage with guests throughout their meal, ensuring they feel welcomed and entertained. Entertainment Between Courses - Provide entertainment during natural lulls between courses, adjusting the level of fun as per the couple's preference. Pre-Dance Preparation - Towards the end of your wedding breakfast, I will prepare guests for the transition to the dancefloor, building anticipation. There are various ways we can do this, the most popular being music bingo! First Dance Introduction - Introduce the couple onto the dancefloor for their first dance.
